Middle Island Dog Park Reopens After K-Mart Demolition Is Competed

On July 21st, Supervisor Ed Romaine and Councilman Michael Loguercio were on hand to cut the ribbon at the re-opening ceremony for the Middle Island Dog Park.

The park had been closed during demolition of the adjacent K-Mart building. The dog park provides a safe fenced in area with a canine-friendly water fountain.
