Congressman Lee Zeldin, WNBA Star Sue Wicks Join Councilman Dan Panico At Annual 3 On 3 Basketball Tournament At The Mastic Athletic Complex
Mastic – Brookhaven Town Councilman Dan Panico was joined by United States Congressman Lee Zeldin, former WNBA star Sue Wicks of the New York Liberty and Mastic Beach Village Mayor Maura Spery to take on local teens for a friendly game of basketball at his annual 3 On 3 Basketball Tournament held on Friday, July 29, at the Mastic Athletic Complex.
The fun-filled evening featured a series of 3 on 3 games, music by Party 105, light refreshments, prizes and giveaways. Sponsored by the Brookhaven Town Youth Bureau, the event is part of the Mastic-Shirley Safe Summer Program.
Councilman Panico’s team also included former Town of Brookhaven Planner, Dave Genaway and the great humanistic writer Mario Mione of Shirley.
