Anker’s Office Releases 2015 Rocky Point Summer Concert Series Schedule
Rocky Point – Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker is happy to announce the schedule for the 2015 Summer Concert Series. Four concerts will be h
eld at St. Anthony’s of Padua Parish in downtown Rocky Point.
The concerts will be held during July and August and will begin at 7:00pm. Attendees are encouraged to being lawn chairs or blankets.
“The concerts provide a wonderful way for families and residents to enjoy local musical performances, and I thank the Rocky Point VFW for co-sponsoring this popular event,” said Legislator Anker.
The Summer Concert schedule is as follows:
July 7- Strawberry Fields: The Ultimate Beatles Tribute
July 14- Towers Rising and Tommy Sullivan
July 21- Swingtime Big Band: Authentic Swing in Living Color
August 4- Southbound: Long Island’s Classic and Country Rock Band
August 11- Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot: The Ultimate Billy Joel Tribute
In case of a cancellation due to weather, the rain date is scheduled for August 18.
