SCPD Dectectives Investigating Damage To Home And Cars In Coram And Farmingville
Yaphank – Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives and Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are investigating multiple incidents of criminal mischief that occurred early Wednesday morning.
Approximately eight vehicles and one residential garage door were vandalized with white spray paint sometime around 2 a.m. The markings included tags related to the Young Guns gang, which is associated with the Bloods. The vandalism occurred on Himmel Circle, Hawkins Path, Route 112, Avalon Pines Drive and Iroquois Avenue in Coram.
Windows were also broken on six vehicles in Farmingville. The vehicles were located on Locust Avenue and Orchard Drive.
Detectives do not believe the Coram incidents are related to the Farmingville incidents.
